a month agoMy visit was to Dr. Fadl Al-Hazmi. He's a trustworthy doctor who knows the correct treatment plan and understands it well. The pharmacy's service is very slow and there aren't many people there anyway.

a month agoThis is one of the worst hospitals in terms of service, treatment, and doctors. My appointment was at 11:15 with a dermatologist named Lina, and they didn't let me in until 12:30. What was their excuse? That the doctor was late?! Why is she the last doctor in the world? Don't you have a system for maintaining a fixed schedule? A hospital this size has a doctor like this who delays and inconveniences patients! On top of that, the management is terrible and their handling of complaints is awful. All the patients were upset and called to complain. The situation is very bad. I demand compensation for the time and effort I wasted waiting for her, even though I left without seeing her. And the worst part is, when I told her to cancel my appointment, she said I had to sign! She didn't even see any patients, and now she wants me to sign a cancellation form? It's unbelievable!

a month agoA word of advice: if you're going to put someone at reception to serve customers, especially in the women's and maternity ward, choose your staff carefully. They should have the skills and professionalism to deal with customers. My mother came to ask if she could see the doctor. The receptionist said yes, and there was no rush. After paying in cash, we waited, and then I asked again how many patients were left before my mother could see the doctor. The nurse, who was Sudanese and wearing glasses, responded in an unprofessional manner. I don't know what she said, and it wasn't even showing up on my screen! We waited a bit, and my mother came back to ask how many patients were left. The nurse replied, "I don't know, maybe 4, maybe 7!"My mother said, "Then give me the receipt for the money we paid, and we'll postpone our appointment if we don't know when we'll be seen!" Even though the same employee had said (before we paid) that there was no rush and that we could be seen, her attitude changed after payment! She then said, "Yes, cancel her appointment!" What a professional approach! Two female employees listened respectfully and politely, saying there was no need to cancel, and that they would see me in as soon as possible. When we go to hospitals and clinics, we find a smile and clear information from the customer service representative or the nurse at reception. All hospital systems display the names of patients and their appointment times accurately!I should ask many questions and expect a precise, not vague, answer and a professional approach in dealing with the patient. Poor service 👎🏼Wed 11:00 pm
