The hospital is nice, their service is good, and all the resources are good, but the problem is the waiting time. I went to the emergency room with my entire forearm broken and in pain, but they didn't give me any painkillers and told me there were 70 people ahead of me. I had to go to a health center in Al-Manar to get painkillers and then went back to the hospital from 3 PM until 2 AM, waiting in the waiting room with my arm broken. I went to the fast track and waited two hours for the orthopedic doctor to come and see my arm. Then I waited another hour for the X-rays, and finally, after a 14-hour wait, they put a cast on me. Finally, I had it removed so I could have surgery to insert rods. Thank God, this happened about a month ago. I had the cast removed, the surgery was successful, and now I'm going to the same hospital for a physical therapy appointment.

حسبي الله ونعم الطويل أنا مستغرب من المدير ليه ساكت على الفوضى بقسم الطواري. والله المرضى نايمين من كثر الانتظار مع التعب والوجع والدكاترة قسم بالله جالسين بالممر ويضحكون وسوالف وفيه دكتور صغير بالعمر غرفه ٢ ما همه احد جالس يضحك أنا جلست ٧ ساعات وما خلصت ومشيت وفيه ناس يقولون تو الناس لنا ١٤ ساعه والمشكلة العلاج بسيط. ياخي خافوا الله فوقكم واسأل الله باسمه الأعظم يجيب لكم مدير يعلمكم الشغل ويفصلكم من ذا المكان يارب يارب يارب . يارب تجيكم نزاهه
