4 weeks agoI'm astonished by the sheer number of failures, both in patient management and the doctors. My young father arrived at their hospital choking on remnants of a lump in his mouth, and they refused to admit him. We went to a government hospital, and from midnight until 6:30, my son experienced heart palpitations due to difficulty breathing. The doctor left and handed him over to another doctor the next day. We waited for an hour and a half, even though no one came in. They said they didn't know anything about it and to wait for another doctor to come on duty.

a month agoThe place needs management because, honestly, they're incompetent. There's no system or anything; everyone's just passing the buck. They say the patient is discharged without explaining why. A doctor should explain to the patient before they leave. It's completely disorganized.

a month agoThe staff are disrespectful, especially the young people sitting at the insurance desk. They don't respect the patient and are rude. Shame on them!

a month agoMay God hold them accountable, from the first to the last. They are terrible; the wait in the emergency room was so long.
