in the last weekThere was no one at reception the appointment starts at 4 pm place didn’t had signs I don’t know where to go we came for dentist appointment and we had to wait a month for this appointment because reservations were full we had to wait 18 minutes for the receptionist to come we were late for our appointments and we asked the security guard where was the receptionist at 4:05 I think and then at 4:20 he told us to take a card from the machine WHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 15 MORE MINUTES HE Could’ve TOLD US BEFORE also the place looked old and they didn’t bother to renovate it also they let in a person who had a appointment after me the dentist cleaning was fast but I wouldn’t really come here again unless you fix these services Including receptions

in the last weekI gave it one star just to comment on the dental department. It's a specialized facility, and the government and the ministry have done their part, but unfortunately, you get an uncooperative orthodontist. You wait a year or more for an appointment, then you see an uncooperative doctor, and the patient leaves. The file is closed, and the waiting period ends.
