in the last weekياعالم شوفوا الإهمال في تنويم مستشفى التأهيل خدمة سيئة جداً ووجبات مرضى تسد النفس الله يكرم النعمة وطاقم تمريض نسائي خاصة إللي في الاستقبال نفسيات عصبيات تعطون الطفلة إنسولين ويتأخر أكلها وتطلبون منها تتحسن ؟! ياليت المسؤولين يشوفون الأكل المتكدس من ثلاثة أيام على الطاولة ويوم بلغت الفلبينية مديرة التمريض قالت بوقاحة هذي مسؤولية المريض ؟ يعني المرضى يفكون الأبر في أيديهم وينقلون الطعام للمطبخ ؟! هذا غير الروائح المؤذية ( صرف صحي ) الكل متلطم وعذرهم يوجد تنظيف !! حرام والله جبتوا المرض للمرضى فوق معاناتهم !!

in the last weekHonestly, King Fahd Medical City is one of the best hospitals in terms of doctors, organization, and service, but the outpatient pharmacy needs improvement. It's unreasonable for patients to wait more than an hour to receive their medications when there are five service windows, but only three are operational. I hope the number of staff will be increased and all windows will be operational, because patients' time is precious, and improving this will significantly enhance the patient experience.
