a week agoA Message of Thanks and AppreciationI extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all the medical and administrative staff at the hospital for the care, attention, and support they provided to my daughter, Raneem, during the difficult period we went through after she overdosed on medication.I especially thank the Emergency Department for their swift response and professional, compassionate handling of Raneem's case from the moment she arrived. Your concern for her well-being and the necessary measures you took were invaluable, especially considering my intense fear and anxiety as a mother. Your prompt action and concern greatly reassured me.I also express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Psychological Department. Your attention to Raneem was exceptional, and your dedication to understanding every detail of her condition, feelings, and experience was deeply appreciated. I felt that you treated her not just as a medical case, but as a child in need of understanding, support, and security. My sincere thanks go to the Social Services Department for your care, assistance, and cooperation, and for your dedication to addressing the social and family aspects of Raneem's case, providing me with support and guidance during this difficult time.I also extend my deepest gratitude to the Pediatric Internal Medicine Department for your medical efforts, your meticulous monitoring of Raneem's condition, your concern for her well-being, and all the care and attention you have provided. My thanks also go to the Child Protection Department for your unwavering commitment to Raneem's safety, your dedication to protecting her, your attention to every detail of her situation, and your efforts to ensure a safe and suitable environment for her. Your kindness, patience, and excellent treatment of her have had a profound impact on us. As a mother, I felt that my daughter was in safe hands. We went through a very difficult time, and our fear and anxiety for Raneem were immense. However, the cooperation, care, professionalism, and humanity we experienced from you made this experience much easier.Thank you to everyone who contributed to Raneem's care, from the doctor to the nurse, from the psychologist and social worker to every individual who worked behind the scenes, whose name we may not know.I may not be able to thank each of you by name, but I will never forget what you did for my daughter when she needed care and security the most.I pray that God rewards you abundantly, blesses your knowledge, work, and efforts, and places all the care and compassion you provide to patients on the scales of your good deeds.Thank you from the bottom of my heart… and thank you for being there for Raneem when she needed you. 🤍With sincere thanks, appreciation, and gratitude.Raneem's mother 💕
