There was a delay in check-in, and I paid for a specific type of accommodation but they gave me something different, and they said it was all the same.The whole experience was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend it. 👎🏼

It feels comfortable and welcoming.A special mention to Mahmoud at reception. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very welcome. He was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. It's a great start to my stay, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service.
