in the last weekA wonderful hospital by all standards of quality and commitment.One minor observation that saddened me at the blood donation center: some nurses don't seem to grasp the risks involved. When palpating veins, they remove their gloves, and worse still, they have long fingernails on the finger they're using. This individual behavior doesn't represent an institution that adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety regarding sterilization.

in the last weekMay God grant us health and well-being, and keep us from them. I was a patient in the emergency department, and I swear I've never encountered a nursing staff with worse manners. Where are the professional ethics? If you can't handle the work pressure, stay home and don't come and deal with patients and their companions in such a disgusting way. I tried to find an excuse for you, but unfortunately, there's no justification for your bad behavior. They give you a harsh tone so you don't come back to ask about anything; it's their pre-set, cold attitude.

in the last weekUnfortunately, since the wheelchair company arrived, there has been a shortage and some wheelchairs have been broken, as if the shortage was intentional. It's worth noting that the company is not cheap at all, and it's quite common for patients to suffer instead of receiving the full service they deserve.
