in the last weekI’ve been checking up in this hospital for a while now. But now I’m having second thoughts cause they don’t have printout for ultrasound in the OBGYN section and I wanted to have a hardcopy of my baby’s ultrasound every visit. They insist I check it in the app. Looks like these people don’t value patient satisfaction. I even raised concern for it but till now no response from patient relations.Plus checking with insurance department is terrible. When you have pending approval and gets approved by your insurance, some hospitals would have it updated immediately in the system regardless of how long it took to approve the service. Here, the receptionists inform you to go down to the insurance department—line up just to ask for your approval to be updated on the sustem, then go back again to your clinic. Mind you, I’m pregnant at the time.
