2 weeks agoUnfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The bed in my room was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too high, which might not be suitable for someone with neck problems or pain. Also, in the bathroom, I noticed gray/black stains or marks around the water heater that looked unsanitary. I don't know if it was mold or something else, but it looked like it needed to be checked and cleaned. But what bothered me most was the parking; every time I entered or left, I saw piles of sheets and blankets stacked uncovered, some of which appeared dirty. The sight gave a feeling of chaos and disorganization. First impressions are very important, and it would have been better to separate the service or laundry areas from the guest parking.
