a year agoBrothers, a piece of advice for the sake of God Almighty, and I swear to God, this is the worst service I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the cleanliness. Once you sign the contract, forget about the office responding at all. There's only one employee, and he's grumpy 24/7, always on edge, as if you're paying for it. They said the internet was super fast and working, but it only works in the hallways. When you enter the apartment, the channels are cut out; there's no TV at all, and they've set a password. You call the office, but no one answers. The employee says it's not his responsibility, it's just for cleaning. When we finally got to the owner, he answered the first time, then hung up and hasn't responded since. I've been calling him for two weeks now, but he doesn't answer. He reads my WhatsApp messages and leaves. The office staff are the same; they read them but don't reply. And their prices are high too. Be careful they don't charge you a contract fee. They'll make you wait until you sign the contract, then ask for 250. Don't pay them. May God punish them! May God not forgive them, may He not bless their wealth, and may He wipe out the livelihood of the one who made them arrogant and oppress people.

a year agoThe location is beautiful, central for transportation to northern and southern Jeddah, close to the sea. The cleanliness is excellent. There is a kettle, a bread warmer, and a coffee maker (capsules). The location is quiet and beautiful. Services are close by, such as restaurants, cafes, a laundry, and a salon. I stayed there for an appointment at Fakieh Hospital, which is a 5-minute drive away. The location is close to Al-Hamra Corniche. The price and quality are excellent. My opinion of the owner can be summed up in one word: (If the owner of an apartment building studied and applied this model to all those who provide services in the accommodation sector, it would be 100% successful). The owner is a respectful, ethical, and cooperative person who helped me a lot. May God reward him. Imagine, I checked out of the room and went to the hospital, and they completed the check-out procedures. Then the hospital gave me an appointment after 3 hours. I contacted the owner, and he said, "Welcome back to the hotel. Your room is ready and has been cleaned free of charge." He even allowed me to stay after my check-out time. I am unable to thank this humble man enough. May God grant him success and bless his livelihood. There is a security guard responsible for the building who provides you with the service you need. Good luck. Your brother, travel blogger fifi_000
