a month agoWith all due respect to the building owner (unfortunately, the prices are exorbitant for the service):1- The furniture is very old and worn, especially the mattresses. 2- The bathrooms are very old and have weak water pressure. 3- The TVs are terrible; there are no channels and the signal is distorted. 4- The building is frequently being renovated, and the tenants are disturbed in a very inconsiderate manner. 5- The tenant might be able to tolerate all of this, but at least lower the price so the tenants are a little more satisfied.Unfortunately, apartments in Jeddah, especially in Al-Hamra, are being priced like hotels when they are just very ordinary apartments.The buildings are very old, dating back to 1890! And on top of that, they're charging 2100,000 for a room with a bathroom!

3 months agoThis place is an absolute gem! The host is incredibly attentive and eager to help at every opportunity. I arrived early, and they were able to accommodate me in an apartment until mine was ready. Living in a furnished, hotel style apartment with great a.c, fast internet and room service/cleaning is such a luxury, especially for someone working remotely. The bed is so comfortable too. The beauty of hearing the azan on your floor every prayer. The beauty of quran playing in the lobby. A vending machine in the lobby as well. Its in such a great area with a supermarket across the street and so many restaurants. The 2-in-1 washing and drying machine was a wonderful surprise I’ve never seen one like it in NYC, where washers and dryers are usually separate. I’ve been here for 4 days and am already planning to extend my stay. Great job, Al Saad Plaza keep up the excellent work!!
