in the last weekIt's very beautiful. This is my second time staying here. I booked a royal suite; it's very comfortable and clean, and the view is stunning. However, the electrical outlets are broken and most of them need repair. The buses run 24 hours a day. Thank you to all the staff; the service was more than wonderful.

in the last week@Marriott Bonvoy @Le Meridien Makkah, the one nearest to the harem. This hotel had the audacity to cancel my reservation when I had already checked in through the Bonvoy app. On the app's chat section I even mentioned the time I was going to be coming in which was at 8 pm. The hotel's employee/team member replied back, recognized my Bonvoy status and welcomed me. However, I was 2 hours away from the location, at 6 pm I received an auto-mated email informing me that my reservation has been cancelled. I was coming from the city of Madinah in the taxi. And the cherry on top, they are charging me the cancellation fee. Make it make sense. I called the hotel more than 5 times and every time I was told that they "are looking into the matter". The front desk staff told me they were looking into the matter and so did the manager on duty. Finally, I ended up calling the 1-800 number and till this day I haven't received a response from the hotel or the Marriott reservation desk. No call no email!!! I was visiting the city of Makkah with family including my young children for the first time for Umrah purposes. So they accomplished ruining my state of Ihram very successfully. Thats all this hotel's staff did for us. Thank You very much @Le Meridien Makkah.

in the last weekA very quiet and beautiful hotel in every sense of the word. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it. Parking is available and buses run 24/7. Frankly, the breakfast was less than expected compared to the same breakfast I had at the hotel recently. The only downside is its distance from the Haram (Grand Mosque) and the distance of the hotel's bus stop from the Haram.
