in the last weekI stayed for five nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, well air-conditioned, and reasonably priced. Housekeeping service was available daily, and the apartment was cleaned every day, which was appreciated. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The photos give the impression of larger rooms, whereas the actual rooms were smaller than expected. Also, there were not enough room keys or towels provided, despite our repeated daily requests. The underground parking area was the main concern. It is quite small and lacks supervision or security personnel, which often resulted in vehicles blocking access routes or parking in front of other cars. On several occasions, our vehicle was blocked, and the reception had to contact the police because there was no parking registration system linking vehicles to specific apartments. In addition, the parking area was not well maintained, with noticeable rubbish, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness issues that should be addressed.
