2 months agoWe went to the salon for our appointment, but it was closed. We waited for about 20 minutes in the heat until the employee finally opened the door. The place was hot inside, the air conditioning wasn't working, and she didn't apologize for the delay. I learned that the appointment was confirmed and that the journey there took about 45 minutes.

2 months agoWe booked several services for three people at 1:15 PM, but when we arrived, the place was closed! We waited outside until they opened after 1:15 PM, as if they had no reservations or commitments.When we went into reception, they had no idea about the booking.To make matters worse, there was no apology whatsoever, as if nothing had happened.

2 months agoWe arrived at 1:00 AM, a quarter of an hour before our appointment. We waited for over a quarter of an hour for them to open the door.After they opened, there was no apology or anything, and the place was extremely hot. There was no welcoming smile, and the place wasn't prepared for customers. Unfortunately, we left. It's clear their commitment is zero. This is an experience I won't be repeating.

2 months agoI went to their French restaurant, and the employee tried her best to do it, but the work itself was terrible and unclean. I wasn't happy at all and left dissatisfied. You need to pay more attention to the efficiency of your employees.
