a week agoI do not recommend dealing with them; they have absolutely no credibility.

a week agoI arrived half an hour before my appointment, and the receptionist offered me the use of the jacuzzi while I waited. After changing my clothes, I was surprised to find that the jacuzzi was broken.

a week agoHonestly, my experience with them was terrible 💔. I received a gift card valid for 12 months, and I went to their office about six months after receiving it. When I tried to enter, the Egyptian receptionist told me the card was expired. I said, "Okay, that's not my problem! You specified 12 months," and showed him the proof. He said the problem was his system wasn't accepting it and he couldn't let me in. He said he'd check with management and call me back on a certain day. Unfortunately, that day came and went, and he didn't answer. I excused him, thinking maybe he'd forgotten. I called him the next day and asked why he hadn't responded. He said they refused. It's only polite to respond, not to stay silent, even if they refused. In short, I don't recommend dealing with them. They take advantage of people's kindness, and anyone who takes advantage of kindness has no manners. I'm above arguing with them and raising my voice, but may God punish them. May God not forgive them.

Thank you, Mr. Mohammed, for your warm welcome and hospitality to the customers, and I thank the technician for providing the service in the best possible way.
