‼️AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Short version. (Full ver below) I booked a more expensive tour, but was downgraded at the last minute with a promise of a refund difference but they never did! When I finally caught the error months later and asked for it, they try to blame on everything but their company mistake, no accountability mindset. Do not trust this company with your money—double-check your statements carefully when booking with them, better avoid it.‼️Long version I originally booked the more expensive “Journey of Time” tour option. Just one day before departure, staff asked me to switch to a cheaper itinerary and assured me the price difference would be refunded (around 60SAR without vat) but it never was.Because I travel long-term and was only noticed the missing refund around five months later when I finally got around to checking my statements. When I reached out to the company expecting a quick apology and an easy fix, I got excuse after excuse instead — different employees being blamed, booking systems changing, and repeated requests for alternative payment methods even though I had clearly asked for the refund to be returned back to my card.What disappointed me most wasn’t just the original mistake. It was how things were handled afterward. Instead of taking ownership and sorting it out, it felt like the responsibility kept getting pushed back onto me to fix a problem that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.To make things even worse, they finally sent the money internationally in a way that left me receiving less than 8 SAR out of the 60SAR I was owed because of transfer fees. If the refund had just been processed properly when promised months earlier, none of this would have happened.The amount itself isn’t life-changing. But imagine how many tourists that possibly get this same treatment. It isn’t gonna be small money for sure.Plus there was no single apologies till the very last moment that I called them out. Customers book a tour with a company, not with one specific employee. It’s the company responsible, none of those are the customer’s responsibility.Beware of lack of accountability attitude, double-check your statements if booking with this company. Trust takes a long time to build and only a moment to lose
