a week agoI would like to draw the management's attention to an important point regarding the customer experience with the stairlift machine. It is completely unavailable in the women's branch, despite its importance and the fact that many members rely on it for their workouts. Meanwhile, the men's branch right next door has four stairlift machines, which are often underutilized. This kind of distribution gives the impression that the needs of all members are not being met fairly. We hope that management will reassess the equipment allocation to ensure fairness and provide at least two machines in the women's branch to meet the actual demand.
