in the last weekHonestly, I was going to join the gym, but after reading the comments, I changed my mind. There were negative comments about the air conditioning, the trainers' behavior, and the poor quality of the equipment. The management really needs to pay attention to these comments; otherwise, customers won't be enthusiastic if someone reads them. ☹️

in the last weekPlease, I need another cable machine. It's always crowded and I get stressed and can't do my workout properly. Every few minutes someone comes up to me asking how many sets I have left and how many reps, and I can't focus on my workout while they're standing behind me waiting.

a week agoI went there last night to register for the app on a new phone, and the person in charge told me he wasn't there and to call back in the evening so they could change him. I called again the next day, and he said he wasn't there because he was in a meeting. Now I'm calling, and the employee who answers doesn't know how to provide good service. I'm talking to him, and he hangs up on me. Why am I paying and spending money only to be served so rudely?

a week agoI swear to God, if the management paid for the electricity out of their own salaries, they wouldn't turn off the air conditioning like that. It's a club, an enclosed space, and there's a lot of sweat. Why are you closing it down? The trainee shouldn't have to put up with the heat and stuffiness. It's absolutely awful.
