I rented a car from the airport, and on the second day, the car's screen completely malfunctioned. This meant no maps, no Bluetooth, and none of the essential services I rely on while driving, especially since I was on a business trip in a city other than my own. I had to continue using the car because my work commitments didn't allow me time to replace it the next day, even though the problem wasn't fixed.I drove the car for 40 minutes to the nearest branch, expecting a replacement or some other solution, but the employee told me he couldn't help because the available cars were of a lower class, and he didn't offer any suitable alternative.I was in the car with my children, exhausted from work and travel. I reached a point where I broke down and cried from sheer fatigue and stress. The problem wasn't the car breaking down itself—that can happen—but the real issue was the lack of a solution or any concern for the customer. I expected more professional service and a greater focus on the comfort and safety of the renter.
