4 weeks agoHonestly, this rental is a complete failure. Their car is in terrible condition inside, and on top of that, they're charging a 50 riyal fine for car washing. What for? They took your car with no gas, and then they're making demands and looking for any excuse to complain.

a month agoThe employee named Nasser, with all due respect, I don't want to comment on his manners, to be honest. I went to him and he was good and his service was excellent. I came back a few days later to return the car, but when I asked him about the mileage, he raised his voice at me and got angry. Why? My question was normal and didn't cause any harm to you, and I was dealing with him calmly. I hope he pays attention to how he treats people. It's not my fault that you treat me like this at the end of your shift when I didn't say anything wrong. I laugh at his attitude and ask him why he's so angry. ✋🏻
