in the last weekالفرع هذا صار لي فيه موقف من بعدها ماعاد زرته.في يوم 21 رمضان اتصلت عليهم كالعادة (زبون قديم عندهم) ابغى احجز يوم 26 رمضان قال لي الاخ الاسمر يلبس نظارات اللي في الاستقبال مافي مواعيد سألته ليش قال كلهم اجازة!! قلت اقرب موعد قال 27 (من اليوم هذا للعيد مافيه حلاقة عادية فقط باقات من 400 ريال وطالع تقريبا) فحجزت وجيت سألت الحلاق هل كنت اجازة 26 قال لا والله، حاسبتهم 400 من غير نفس وماعاد جيتهم. رغم اني كنت اجيهم دايما واصرف عندهم اكثرمن هذا المبلغ على خدمات متنوعة لكن براحتي من غير ما يكذب علي احد. خلاصة الموضوع عناية كشركة تسعى دايما للتطور في تقديم الخدمة لكن بعض الاحيان ممارسات موظفيها تكون دون المأمول وهذا من خبرة زيارة عناية في كل المدن المتواجدين فيها.

What truly sets it apart is the professionalism and courteous service of the staff.I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. He assisted me in selecting the right services and directed me to the most suitable staff for each one. He also presented me with a lovely gift as a wedding present, a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.The first service was a haircut, beard trim, and facial with Mr. Ali. He was meticulous and professionally addressed the gaps in my beard and the beginnings of baldness, resulting in very satisfying outcomes. I also had a facial using fruit acids, as recommended by Mr. Mohammed, and noticed an improvement in my skin's appearance and a reduction in dark spots.The second service was a manicure and pedicure with a foot scrub, performed by Dante. The work was flawless, the cleaning thorough, and the overall service was very comfortable. I also appreciated the hospitality offered during the session.Overall, it was a perfect experience in terms of service quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I recommend the place and will definitely visit again when I'm in Jeddah, especially since they don't have branches in Riyadh.
