in the last weekUnfortunately, my experience wasn't up to par compared to the praise on social media.I noticed several things that bothered me regarding cleanliness, organization, and safety. In my opinion, the floor, changing rooms, and bathroom needed better attention and sanitization. Also, the bathroom area was elevated, and I didn't see enough safety measures to prevent slips. The waiting area was also cramped and stuffy. As for the service, I expected more use of herbs and ingredients specific to a Moroccan bath, but the experience wasn't what I anticipated. I hope these observations will be taken into consideration to improve the quality.—-- I respect the management's response, but what they mentioned doesn't reflect my personal experience. The service I booked was a Moroccan herbal bath, so my feedback was based on what was actually provided during my visit. Personally, I didn't notice the fragrance, steaming, or sanitization mentioned in the response, nor did I see sufficient safety measures in the bathroom area, especially given the elevation and the potential for slipping. My comments about the crowds and organization were based on my experience during my visit and weren't related to the season.-------------------------------- The review reflects my own experience with all due respect and transparency, and I hope that the feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of service and customer comfort.

2 weeks agoThe worst eyelashes you could ever get are from them. They're cheap, plastic, and hurt your eyes to the point of scratching them. I absolutely do not recommend them. They're not helpful at all; all they do is praise the eyelashes, even though they're terrible.

3 weeks agoI had a Moroccan bath at Omaima's. I chose the classic style, and honestly, it was quick and her work was good. And the best part is, the prices are very reasonable! 👍🏻👍🏻
