3 weeks agoExtremely very careless travels as i book my flight through this travels with jazeera airlines and it was cancelled by airlines only, and i go to jazeera office to get refund and they said they have processed the request and al sarh will get the refund and from al sarh to me and after some days jazeera gave me ACM number that they already processed the refund to travels and i was contacting Al Sarh they are saying the amount will be deposited in airlines account for future use within 1year, why i need to keep my money for future use as flight cancelled by airlines itself not by me.And no helpful communication of this travels when in needed.i was waiting for refund since long time more than 20days.So please beware before booking with this Al Sarh travels.
