FROM 3 MONTHS I HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUNDREF NO: SA260119293So i booked an ticket from akbartravels from the airline gulfair on april and the ticket got cancelled from the airline on the month of may and at that same time i requested for a refund they told that it would take 40 to 60 days even though on their website it said it will take 14 days maximum but still i coopereted and then after 60 days i contacted them once more and for 5 days they did not respond to my whatsapp messages and their call center i called them several times and i spent 40 minutes every call just to get disconnected every time they pick up and then i contacted them via email no response then last month on may 23rd i contacted them on whatsapp once they said it will take 20 days for a refund and as you can see 20 days went by and still i havent received my refund i always used to book my tickets from akbartravels but now i dont have any trust in akbartravels BE WARE OF BOOKING TICKETS FROM AKBARTRAVELS

This has been a terrible experience. There has been no response to my emails, and no one answers the calls. My ticket was cancelled by Air India, and despite providing all the airline emails and required documents, my refund has been pending for more than a month.My Order Number is SA260084063R1, yet there has been absolutely no update from your side. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor customer support.I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking, as even after submitting all the necessary proof, I have still not received my refund or any proper communication.I posted my review on 04 May 2026, on the same day the agency responded stating that my refund had been initiated and would be credited to my bank account within 15 working days. However, to date, no refund has been received.Attempts to contact customer support have been extremely frustrating. Each time I call, I am placed in a long queue (often around 15 callers ahead), and after holding for nearly 20 minutes, the call gets disconnected. There has been no response to my emails requesting transaction details or confirmation of the refund.

I had a very disappointing experience with Akber Travel. After booking my ticket, there was absolutely no proper customer support provided. Emails were ignored, calls were either unanswered or responded to without any actual solution.The service after payment was extremely poor and highly unprofessional. I faced unnecessary stress and inconvenience due to the lack of communication and support from the team.Based on my experience, I would rate their service 0/10. I strongly expect companies dealing with customers’ travel plans to provide responsible and responsive support, which unfortunately was completely missing in this case.
