Shoutout to the lady at the receptionist named Sumayyah who was very helpful, humble, pleasant and friendly throughout my whole stay on Al Ritz Al Madinah. The staffs like this that will help the business and company to grow. Overall, the services by all the receptionist was excellent and they need a thumbs up for that.The food was excellent and perfect. Everything was good.The location is near the masjidil nabawi gate 330 about 5 minutes walk. Lot of eateries below the hotel. Very convenientHowever, the housekeeping needs to be improved. I’m staying at Level 1 from 11-15.7.2026. Throughout my stay, my room was never make up or cleaned unless I call and request personally by phone or in person. I had to daily personally called the housekeeping to make up and clean my room otherwise my towel will not be replaced, the amenities won’t be refilled and the trash won’t be collected. I had put up the “please clean up my room” sign after subuh around 0530 am daily but my room is still unmade until late evening (1500 -1900). This is a little disappointing.
