Very bad hotel and the worst experience, Very dirty, no services, the windows locks are broken in all rooms and the windows are so small You can hear people conversations clearly from other rooms just by being in the bathroom, I didn’t felt any safe in the room so I ended up sleeping on the floor in my brothers room after i heard people talking clearly from the ventilation holes in the middle of the night in my first night there, The breakfast seems to be leftovers sometimes but overall it wasn’t bad. The heater machine looks so dirty and there’s not even a single bag of tea or coffee! If i can rate it less than one star i will definitely do it with no doubt! I hated my stay here even though its close to al Masjd al Nabawi

This hotel is awful. Hygiene is zero. The food is beyond terrible. You won't find anything to eat at breakfast. Low-quality, stale fried food. Eggs with greenish whites. A complete fiasco. It's a place that will ruin your mood and prevent you from experiencing any spiritual atmosphere. Never choose tour companies that book accommodations at this hotel. There's no lobby. It's a disgrace in every sense.
