We booked the wedding hall, and the timekeeper was wonderful, but she was rude and allowed customers to enter during the event and take photos. Also, an expensive designer handbag was stolen in the blink of an eye. Some of the staff brought their children, and they played around the coffee, snacks, sweets, and pastries, even though we don't allow children. I left my children at home. There was also a problem with the dinner, and they refused to communicate with management. The issue is about compensation, or... I will tell you the details.
