3 weeks agoI am a customer of theirs and rented a car that had a common transmission problem. It broke down upon return of the car. Had it not been for the honesty of the office and the Saudi employees and their staff, I might have been held responsible for damages I didn't cause, as is the case with most offices and as we hear about in some situations with other companies. I thank the employee in the Al-Nahda branch and especially the outstanding and cheerful employee, Saud Al-Anzi, and his colleague, Al-Shammari. Therefore, Al-Safi Office is above reproach.

a month agoI came to inquire about a car and the employee was sitting with his legs crossed, talking to me like he was something special. What kind of awful treatment is this? And he's asking for a 1000 riyal deposit when I'm just getting an Elantra???
