in the last weekI booked a ticket through Akbar Travels, but it was cancelled by Air Arabia. Air Arabia has already refunded the full amount to Akbar Travels, yet I have still not received my refund. Book Ref (SA260070405) Case IDs: REQ-226660, REQ-265811 & REQ-277081It has been over two months, and despite sending multiple emails and making several calls, I have received no proper response only case numbers with no resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and file a police complaint against Akbar Travels.I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this agency.

Instead of handling the issue, the support team keeps redirecting me between internal departments (B2B team, flights team, etc.), which is not the customer’s responsibility.There has been no clear update, no timeline, and no ownership of the case so far. This level of service is unacceptable for a travel agency handling customer bookings.I strongly advise future customers to be cautious when dealing with this company, especially if any issue arises after booking. I am currently considering formal escalation if the matter is not resolved promptly.

Their staff is always in the mobile phones talking in their own language and sometimes watching instagram, tiktok, and YouTube but they won't respond to others I had a very bad experience here. And their service charge is also too high comparing to others in the market.
