A word of advice for Muslims: Never book with them. Use Agoda for hotels and flights. In your destination, use Uber or other well-known transportation services.They book for you, and after taking your money, they never respond. Not to mention their terrible and rude service.We're women, and we couldn't handle it. They booked us into a hotel in a remote, isolated area where you need a car to get to the nearest supermarket.We requested a room for three people, but it was only for two, and the extra bed was awful. (They should have informed us from the beginning that this was the case so we wouldn't proceed with the booking.)The driver they booked for us drove recklessly trying to catch up with other customers. He crashed into us on the sidewalk, and when we tried to stop at a supermarket, he started yelling after us!On the way back, we were exhausted. The driver wouldn't answer and didn't provide a replacement.We had to take a taxi because of his poor coordination.While booking the flight, he was booking for two other people who weren't with us.

Brother Saif was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, may God bless him. Honestly, he's one of the best and most professional travel agencies I've ever dealt with. This isn't the first or last time I'll deal with you, and you deserve all the best. May God grant you success. 🌹
