a month agoمن أفشل مكاتب التأجيراغلب موظفينهم ما يتكلمون انجليزي لا بالفروع ولا بالرد على رقمهم العاماجراءات تعطل السيارة وتبدليها تاخد معهم ٦ ساعات مع الهواش ورفع شكاوي (٣ ساعات عشان يرسلون فني يقولك ايش المشكلة وساعتين عشان يرسلون سطحة وساعة عشان يسلمونك سيارة بالفرع)موظف المحل هذا الفرع كان يدخن برا ويكلم تلفون ووصلنا المحل ودخلنا المحل وهو برا عادي مكمل حياته لما خلص وبعدها دخل براحته ( قمة عدم احترام العميل)وجلس ساعة عشان يسلمنا سيارة بديلة مع العلم ان الفرع مافيه عملاء طبعا بعد ما اشتكيناهم رفعوا طلب تعويضما انصح بالتعامل مع هالشركة ابداالزيارة كانت ١٢ أبريل ٢٠٢٦ الساعة ١٠ مساء

a month agoThe worst rental service I've ever experienced. They take a 1500 riyal security deposit by card and don't accept cash. It's been a month and a half and I still haven't received the deposit back. Every time I call to complain, they say they'll forward it to the relevant department, but there's still no response.
