Wirgan Al-Noor Makkah

An exceptional stay during our Umrah. I honestly couldn’t fault anything. The customer service was outstanding, Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. the hotel was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and all the facilities were excellent. and the shuttle bus service made getting to and from the Haram so easy. A special thank you to the three girls at reception, Lojin, Razan and Lujaen who were always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a good stay at Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Makkah. The hotel is very large and the welcome was warm. The lobby and sitting area are spacious and comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the staff were welcoming and professional.Check-out was a little slow, but not a major issue. The hotel is a good option for a short stay in Makkah. The only drawback is the location, as there is not much around the hotel since it is on the main road. There is only a small baqala and a small cafeteria behind the hotel.Room size is fine, with all amenities available but toilet is bit small but acceptable.They have shuttle bus available for hotel guests during prayer times.Recommended. 👍🏻
