I trained with Coach Giuliano for almost 3 months, and it has been a great journey. As someone living with multiple sclerosis, finding the right support and consistency was important for me.With his guidance, I improved my strength, confidence, gym attendance, and my commitment to a high-protein diet. He helped me build better habits and believe in my ability to continue training independently.I’m grateful for his dedication and support. Away from the lack of so much equipment, the only reason that makes me enjoy coming to the lifting area is coach Juliano. He helps everyone around with joy and adds a mood filled with motivation around him. His classes inspire a lot of kids teenagers and even elderly to work hard and improve of themselves. He works on muscle growth and functional strength training suitable for anyone I really recommend to everyone. Genuinely the most hard working coach you’ll always find him with a smile ready to help and guide you around and he’s the reason most of us come to the gym.
