I was staying in a single room on the ground floor, which was very noisy. I contacted him, and he arranged an upgrade for me, moving me to a room with a living room and balcony. Special thanks to the management for this service.

a week agoUnfortunately, the container in front of the door and the driveway entrance are a disaster. The basement is only suitable for small cars (they scrape it). And when I requested an upgrade as compensation, it was refused.Also, the flooring is parquet, not carpet.
