a week agoBefore I paid one riyal for rooms 408 and 407, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the employee said it was because of the heat. When I asked for the money, he simply told me to contact the tourism authority, showing no adherence to regulations or concern for customer comfort.Now he's telling me to wait while they find me a room with good air conditioning on the third floor. He said I've checked out of the hotel and they'll transfer the money to me. I'm waiting for the person who found the room to reply. I contacted him twice and received no response.
