It's strange that there's no website, no phone number, and not even social media. How are we supposed to know the subscription prices? And what services do you offer?

I don't recommend it. I registered with them in late 2024 and asked the Filipino employee if there would be any renovations in the coming period (which would mean the gym would close). I repeated the question twice, and he said the closure would only affect the indoor pool.A few months later, they closed the pool at the beginning of summer. When I inquired, they said there would be compensation, but without specifying what it would be. When I tried contacting them periodically, they said the Tunisian manager was traveling. When he happened to be there, he responded unprofessionally and told me I had to contact management.I contacted them again, and they said the compensation was only 700 riyals out of the 11,000 riyal annual membership fee. I told the employee that this was unreasonable, and he said he would have the manager contact me. To this day, I haven't heard from him.They renovated the pool and gym at the members' expense, and there wasn't even a decent compensation. On top of that, the employee gave me unreliable information, and the manager spoke to me in a very poor manner.I hope the Ministry of Tourism looks into this matter.These pictures are just to prove that I was actually a member of their pool, and it was one of the few times I used the pool because of the renovations.
