Honestly, their service was terrible.I paid for a full month's stay, but I had to leave because of an emergency. I asked for the change, but unfortunately, they refused. The hotel itself smelled awful from the entrance due to the food being cooked and the smell of the staff. The room was spacious but unclean and infested with cockroaches. 🪳 The bathroom was also filthy. The room was completely empty; there was nothing in it—no cups, no spoons, no kettle, no microwave, nothing at all, just a small refrigerator. The room overlooked a light well filled with insects, garbage, and dead birds. That's why it was cheaper than other hotels in the Al Muruj neighborhood.Honestly, it was an experience I won't repeat.
