in the last weekGreat views from the 11th-floor suites. I originally booked for 2 days and then decided to extend my stay for 1 more day. When I asked about payment for the extra day, the receptionist told me I could pay the next day.I happily enjoyed my additional day, but then I received a call at 5:30 AM reminding me to make the payment . My first reaction was, “Wow, that’s early!” Before I could even open the door, I received another call .Apart from that funny experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

in the last weekThe hotel is clean and offers excellent service. The staff, especially Ziad, were very welcoming.The rooms are very spacious and well-organized. There is a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a large banquet hall. It's close to Aziz Mall and Flamingo Mall. We will definitely stay there again.
