4 years agoMy family 5 day quarantine hotel was changed by saudi Airlines in the last minute and unfortunately they gave this suites... location is good you can find everything close to the hotel Cleanliness is average but the food they provide for quarantine people for 5 days is very bad same thing everyday for breakfast lunch dinner. Staff is partially cooperativeNEXT TIME A BIG NO FROM MY SIDE AND I WANT TO ADVISE PEOPLE THE SAME AND REQUEST# SAUDI AIRLINES TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM THE QUARENTINE LIST

I went there today looking for an apartment, and the Sudanese employee at reception raised his voice, saying, "My apartments are full, go look in the street."So, in this situation, who do we complain to? We can only say, "God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs."

4 years agoAbsolutely terrible. No air conditioning, no smells, and not even a refrigerator to put water in... I've never seen anything worse... It's not worth it at all, and I don't recommend it.
