2 years ago- Bed sheets & pillows had hair on it. - Fridge was off so it smelt bad. - Dinning chairs was almost broken. - Carpets were clearly dirty and had dirt visible. - Window curtains were broken. - Walls have pencil marks. - No light outside of our room. - The door handle of the washroom came off. - Sofas cushions ripped. - Bed sheets don’t fit the bedNoticed this within the first 15 mins of walking into the room. Hope they fix themselves. Hotel staff tried their best to fix things but things were unfixable. Lobby will make you think its going to be good but its not.
