2 weeks agoMy experience with this company was unfortunately very bad.The company charges for every little detail, even a very small difference in fuel. I returned the car and the fuel shortage was very minor (only about 5 to 10 riyals), which is normal, especially since I was heading to the airport. However, I was charged a large sum as if the tank was almost empty.Honestly, it's unreasonable to charge such a large amount for such a small difference. They should have been more flexible and considerate of the circumstances.Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend dealing with them.
