2 weeks agoThe supervisor doesn't know anything. Teach her or train her. She doesn't know how to turn off the lights and switch off the plugs. The air conditioner in the bride's room is hot. We ask for a remote and she brings one that doesn't work. When it's time to photograph the bride and groom, the door is glass. I tell her to bring a partition and she says there isn't one. Sorry, she's very bad. The new supervisor is the same as the previous one. At least she knew everything. We lost time during the photography because of the slowness, and lastly, she doesn't know how to play the wedding procession tape. She says the laptop is faulty and the procession is delayed. It's unbelievable.

a month agoHonestly, they have no credibility. They booked it for our wedding and said they would renovate and lay carpets by the wedding date. The wedding came and went, and we didn't see any renovations, carpets, or anything.
