in the last weekFirst of all, the rooms were very spacious, but the hotel is old and not well-maintained.- The AC cools very well, as if you were in the North Pole. - The water pressure wasn't enough to take a proper shower. - We booked a 2-bedroom suite that accommodates 5 people and just got 2 small bottles of water. The receptionist wasn't welcoming or cooperative. I got only one copy of the access key, while we were 5 in the room. - The beds were very good, honestly, but the service was below average; we got one towel in the bathroom. - There weren't enough sockets, and they were mostly positioned high near the light switches. It's a good place to sleep only, but not to do anything else, as it's not meant for people with business trips. At the end, "You get what you pay for", but I believe this place has bigger potential given the excellent location, but also only if they work on improving their service and quality.

a week agoHonestly, the hotel is good, but the Egyptian employee who works the night shift at 3 AM has a bad attitude. Unfortunately.
