Carawan Al Fahad Hotel

This is my fourth visit to the hotel. It's excellent, the rooms are clean, the service is outstanding, and the reception staff are incredibly polite and professional. I especially want to thank receptionist Faisal Al-Maliki for his excellent service and attention. I wish you all the best.

Very bad experience - I booked a room with two twin bed and I called and informed that I will check in late - when I arrived, they tol me it was the only available room - as I wnet there the AC was not on. When I complained about AC, they offered me a bigger room !! I rejected as I was so tired already near 1:30AM . They should have done so since the beginning .. They also advised me that their restaurant is closed and breakfast will be served at room ! . There was no table in the room to fit for two breakfast I had to eat on dressing table and this was not mentioned in Booking website!Also , bath tub was clogged barely passi water. Toilet seat was dirty although they put cleaners. Toilet seat is too close and the doir hits it .I checked out spending only ine night of the two . I requested change through booking and they upscaled my rate fir ine night .. when they should have opilogized and compensate me.. I don’t recommned this place based on my bad experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, near the metro station, Kingdom Tower, and Al Othaim Mall. I was able to reach all my destinations by train. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and offers a wide variety of dishes. Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money.
