a month agoI'm still in shock from my wedding and I'm cursing them for everything. I was so careful, constantly communicating, sending pictures, and providing every detail. I even went there multiple times, but everything I wanted turned out the opposite—it was a complete disaster. One of the catastrophic things was that the guest entrance was dark and had no lights. They claimed the hotel said on the day that floor lighting wasn't allowed. The bride's entrance became the guest entrance, the furniture was old and dirty, and they didn't clean the hall properly. Despite our repeated requests for flowers, they only gave us two, as if we were begging for them. I asked for a logo on the same day, and they said it broke. I also asked for round sofas, and they didn't bring them—I swear I forgot!—and instead gave us tiny, embarrassing sofas. They charged us extra for chairs and made us give flimsy excuses. There were so many other problems. To confirm what one of the comments said, if there were a rating lower than one star, I would have given it. The most important day of a girl's life turned into a nightmare because of lies and negligence.
