2 months agoI stayed there from December 20th to December 29th, 2025.1- The rooms are very dirty and filthy, also cramped, the beds are old and saggy, it's impossible to sleep comfortably, there's no hairdryer. 2- There is no service at all. 3- The location is good except for the hill. 4- There is a washing machine. 5- The internet is insufficient and limited.

2 months agoOkay, first of all, regarding cleanliness, the hotel's beds are unclean, and the carpets seem to be neglected. It appears the rooms aren't cleaned after the Hajj campaigns leave. The hotel is close to the Haram (Grand Mosque) in the new expansion area. The location is full of services and is lively and noisy, so if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of Mecca, this hotel is suitable for you. The building has 5 elevators and is clean. The reception is generally very good, and most importantly, the hotel is very close to the Haram, behind the Anjum Hotel, a short distance away. The hotel's guests include people from Africa, pilgrims and Umrah performers from Jordan, and also domestic Hajj campaigns. It should be noted that the hotel is rated by the Ministry of Tourism (one star).
