a month agoWith all due respect to this company, some of their terms and conditions didn't sit well with me. For example, if I rent a car from Abha to Najran, I have to pay approximately 410 riyals, including car usage fees and intercity tolls. I'm particularly bothered by the intercity tolls; I pay 200 riyals, especially from Abha to Najran. I'm not even talking about the tolls from Abha to Riyadh or other destinations, as they're only about 250 kilometers apart and it's not worth paying more. Anyway, may God grant you success and prosperity.

a month agoUnfortunately, the employees don't understand the job. I contacted her about a car from Najran to Abha, and she quoted 120 SAR inclusive with no deductible. I explained that I wanted to return it in Abha and said the total price was 120 SAR. I drove for about half an hour, and in the end, she said no, the price is 120 SAR plus a 250 SAR delivery fee in Abha. Honestly, it's a huge mistake for a company like this to represent them.
