a month agoThe management at Manasek Hotel showed very poor service. I arrived with my wife and two children, but the receptionist ignored me completely. I stayed quiet and waited, yet he served two other guests who came after me. When I reminded him that I was first and with my family, he denied it and continued to ignore me. Only after everyone else left did he finally give me a room, and even then, with difficulty. Very disappointing experience.
