in the last weekThe reception lights are off, apparently to conserve energy. No parking. Bathrooms without ventilation or proper exhaust. No water heaters for showering. Broken phones. The bed and pillows are too small, and the blanket is tiny. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I wish I had paid more and gone somewhere better.

a week agoHonestly, we booked two nights. We're from Medina, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful, both the girls and the guys. The Egyptian and Saudi staff were all good. Regarding those who commented that the girls' manners weren't good, it's normal for someone to be tired or exhausted, and you shouldn't judge so quickly. They were under a lot of pressure with bookings, so it's natural to be tired. May God reward them. The cleaning staff were also excellent. The rooms' linens could use some changing, and the sofas might need washing, but overall, it was a lifesaver and very relaxing. To be honest, the buffet food wasn't particularly delicious, but it was clearly clean. Thank you.
