a month agoإقامة ممتازة جداً ومريحة بكل معنى الكلمة. الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة وتوفر جميع الاحتياجات بشكل مميز، مما جعل التجربة مريحة وسلسة طوال فترة الإقامة.المرافق كانت على مستوى عالي من الجودة، خصوصاً النادي الرياضي المجهز بشكل ممتاز، وكذلك جلسة الروف الجميلة التي تضيف تجربة مميزة وهادئة.المالك يتمتع بمهنية عالية وتعاون كبير، وكان حريصاً على راحة النزلاء والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل.أنصح بالأقامة بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وموثوقة، وبالتأكيد ستكون خياري الأول في الزيارات القادمة.

6 months agoMashAllah.. this is a lovely place in Jeddah. All facilities available for a comfortable stay regardless of duration. This is my second stay here and would highly recommend. Easy access to old city... the Cornish.. food outlets etc... or just to have a rest. I big thanks to Mohmmad Faraz and his team for facilitation a lovely stay. Units clean as with surrounding appartment block. Cannot fault. Certainly God willing will return to stay here if future visits are planned to Jeddah.

6 months agoI have now stayed at these apartments off and on and both short and long durations over the last year and always found my apartment to be an exceptional fit for my need, as a single professional. These apartments are one-of-a-kind as it is not usual to find open plan apartments in Jeddah with large glass walls and doors opening up to a balcony which brings in plenty of light and its great to not to have to use an aircon in the cooler months. The apartment is located well along a street just off a busy road with plenty of life and shops around. The kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking as I do. Sultan, the building owner/manager is a reasonable person whom you can trust to keep his word when it comes to long term stay with flexibility. This review is incomplete without a special mention of Faraz, the building supervisor. He is solution-focused and fabulous with his approach and communication with guests with a strong focus on ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
